Personal Profile Form
The personal profile form has the potential to be a really useful tool when verifying personal info changes/updates with clients. So far I have found the account numbers to be inaccurate with inactive account numbers, which would be great to get fixed. Additionally if beneficiaries could be listed with their respective accounts it would make the process of finding all this info more efficient and allow staff to be more productive in other aspects all together.

Redtail Speak Delete or Hide messages
We really need a way to hide or delete or mark as complete interoffice messages sent through Redtail Speak. Even client messages would be helpful to mark that they have been dealt with in some way.

moderator approval
comments are taking too long to post with moderator approval. I have a few that have been awaiting approval for months! What is the point of allowing comments if you're not going to look at them and post to the suggestion!!!!!!

Please cut Phone Support wait times.
Wait time is typically well over 30 minutes. The big C crisis has subsided greatly and hopefully you can now hire more people and put emphasis on client experience.

licenses
In the Licenses tab, it would be helpful for the list to start out in alphabetical order. I think it defaults to when the record was added, which isn't very useful in practice. We use this tab to list all rep codes and license numbers for each of our advisors.
I know we can click on the Company header to sort alphabetical, but having this as the default would be nice!

Please add a search function to your blog.
Tags and categories are great, but sometimes I want to find something that does not pertain to the listed categories or be more specific.

Create a New Hire Onboarding Dashboard
In recruiting, you need to know everyday where you new hires are within the Onboarding Process. Redtail does not offer a "dashboard" at this time. Please consider creating one.

multifactor
Redtail needs to have a secure multifactor solution. a SMS MFA is the lowest form of MFA and is not very secure. Why is there a delay in providinga dequate protection ?

Dark Mode - Google has this feature. White background becomes black to help eye sight.
Our office staff sits in front of a computer 8-10 hours a day. White background is brighter and causes more strain/fatigue in eyesight. A "dark mode" would help minimize that feeling/strain.

Speak invitation is confusing
Clients are not accepting the invitation to text with us because of the verbiage on the invite. Clients think that they are joining a meeting and not just texting.

Interactive Form
It would be extremely helpful to have an integration for interactive forms. If a client could fill out the interactive form and their information gets automatically uploaded to Redtail it would negate a lot of manual data input. Thank you kindly for your consideration.

Redtail speak connects with phone providers
Clients are going to connect with advisors anyway they want attempting to train them to use a number different from any other number is absurd. Redtail needs to find out how smarsh works once they replicate that functionality and connect the telephone provider data with redtail you have a winning product.

Viewing Profile Notification
Let us see when a co-worker is viewing a client's profile. Kind of like how Google Word let's you see who is working or viewing a document. Except this will be for seeing who may be viewing the client profile. This can useful in case another assistant or advisor is working on a task for the client, or has valuable insight.

An option to convert a UDF "any text field" to "List of Values"
Having an option to either convert a UDF any text field to List of values or to designate it during initial import would be handy. creating one is a multi-step procedure currently. Alternatively, since you already have a routine (when you import Writing Advisor) having the back room apply it by request for a given field would also work

Auto Reply SPEAK
I have clients who text me when I am on vacation. When I don't respond, they send another. We need to have the ability for an automatic reply and a group text option.

Copytalk Integration
When notes from Copytalk are posted in Redtail any special notations requested by the author i.e. Bold, Underline and even the Copytalk typist notation of (garbled) or (could not understand) do not show up in Redtail. Only plain text is posted through the integration and creates problems with accuracy in Redtail.

Good afternoon, I wanted to see if there was some formal way to request adding a time zone to the Redtail CRM? Currently the only options
Currently the only options available in the Preferences > General Options > Time Zone are American Times. We operate out of San Juan, PR where the time zone is American Standard Time (AST -04:00).

Buy www.redtail.com
It's insane to me that you guys don't own the www.redtail.com domain. Find me another reputable CRM that doesn't own the domain with the abbreviated company title. Because of the way Chrome operates, when I type "red" in the search bar, the first website on the list is redtail.com, which I inherently select 93/100 times. You already know this because you've done the same thing 1,000,000 times. Find me one person that doesn't have redtail.com in their browsing history. If Four Seasons Total Landscaping owned the rights to fourseason.com, you better believe Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts would acquire that…
