Add a timestamp or timeline to Financial's
Under the "Financials" Tab at the bottom of the profile, it would be nice if we could see when they were last updated (and possibly add a 'confirmed' timestamp if the financials haven't changed) to know that they are current. As an office where assistants reference this information from the Reps and the Reps are often remote, this would make it so much more convenient if we could see that they recently updated the financials after speaking with the client.

Display database name in header/quicker switch
Displaying the database name you are using on the header line would be extremely convenient. Currently you need to go into the menu to "switch databases" to see exactly where you are. It would also be helpful to switch between 2 databases quicker.

move chat bubble
Can you make the chat bubble moveable so I can move it out of the way of the account balances when looking at the account listing for a client? Having it moveable will allow me to place it in a less obstructive spot.

Support Chat Bubble
The current chat bubble that shows in the bottom right really should be moved to the bottom left so that it's out of the way of being able to see a clients overall account values when looking at the account tab. Currently it blocks the total value and you can't click and move it anywhere else.

udf layout customization
It would be great to be able to customize the UDF section layout as well as add collapsable areas for specific info.
ex - a collapsible area titled RMD's with the fields being 2019, 2020, 2021 etc.
ex - A collapsible area titled IRA contributions with the fields being 2019, 2020, 2021 etc.
The titled area would be able to be named and edited

Redtail Speak - Bulk Messaging to a group
it would great if we can broadcast message a group of contacts, instead of choosing contacts one by one if needing to message all clients in case of an irregular closure or event

Create a New Hire Onboarding Dashboard
In recruiting, you need to know everyday where you new hires are within the Onboarding Process. Redtail does not offer a "dashboard" at this time. Please consider creating one.

Radio button for selecting mailing address and physical address are the same
There should be a radio button to designate that the mailing and physical address are the same without having to list the same address twice. It would make the client profile in Red Tail cleaner to look at, and would properly pull the address if home address is selected or if mailing address is selected.

Show when users log out of Redtail and use as an employee timeclock.

Contact Link Option for any filed listed as "Contact"
It's frustrating that there are multiple fields where a contact can be listed yet, despite the fact that the contact being listed is also in Redtail, there is no option to create a hyperlink to that client. For example: Departments (under Business Clients), Primary Contact (under Misc. Client Information), Referred By (under Client Details), etc.

Redtail speak: when texting with a client, I would love those messages to automatically go into the client's account in Redtail CRM
I noticed that Redtail Speak and Redtail CRM to not communicate with each other. It can be time consuming to have to enter into the client's account that you were messaging back and forth. I would love to see them connect whereby the messages are automatically added to the client's account in the CRM.

dynamic passcode generator
like Schwab has... phone app generates unique set of six numbers every thirty seconds that appends to the end of password. Very secure. Unlike your current MFA which simple browser password savers seem to circumvent. I do not feel safe or secure at present considering how much critical info we have stored

Allow upload of advisor picture for SPEAK messages. Bubble is there. Why no upload?
There is a bubble with a silhoutte of a person at the top of the SPEAK page. There should be the ability to upload an advisor picture.

Ability to click and drag the Redtail Support Chat Icon
While I utilize and appreciate the support chat feature in the bottom right of the screen, it would be nice to have the ability to drag and move that icon to a different corner or area of my screen.
I often have the browser in a smaller window when having multiple items open on my monitor and accidentally click the support chat icon when attempting to hit other links instead. Having the ability to move the icon to the left of my screen would be beneficial, as I do not select items in that area as often as I do…

licenses
In the Licenses tab, it would be helpful for the list to start out in alphabetical order. I think it defaults to when the record was added, which isn't very useful in practice. We use this tab to list all rep codes and license numbers for each of our advisors.
I know we can click on the Company header to sort alphabetical, but having this as the default would be nice!

Color contrast in new release is bad for accessibility
The contrasts in the new release of the CRM make it very hard to see the edges around boxes/areas, the white and grey are too similar, and the red is too bright.

grammarly
Utilizing Grammarly.com within the system to help write emails to clients via RT. This program helps not just with spelling and grammar but with tone, clarity, engagement, delivery, ect. We have found it super useful but think integrating it automatically would be even better!
