  1. Personal Profile Form

    The personal profile form has the potential to be a really useful tool when verifying personal info changes/updates with clients. So far I have found the account numbers to be inaccurate with inactive account numbers, which would be great to get fixed. Additionally if beneficiaries could be listed with their respective accounts it would make the process of finding all this info more efficient and allow staff to be more productive in other aspects all together.

  2. Internal Messaging (Stand Alone)

    Is there anyway that you can take your current Redtail Speak system and make a small modification to it and create an Internal Messaging System with absolutely NO EXTERNAL capabilities? Royal Alliance will not allow us to utilize this feature due to the capability of the external messaging to clients. It would benefit my firm and many others who have the same or similar affiliations with this specific restriction.

  3. Individual Tasks list that only you can see

    There should be an individual task list on your dashboard that's only for you - no one else can view it.

  4. Switch the help location and the google forums area In the red tail help center

    So my thought process is, that when people want help, or to submit feedback, they would typically look for the first available options right.

    Well, when you go to the help screen, the first option besides call someone is the google group which is meant to share ideas.

    Wouldn't it then make sense to swap where the two locations are? To have like minded ideas near each other so when the user wants help, theres the spot. And when the user wants new ideas, it's more near the training section.

    But hey, just my two cents!

  5. Please add Central Time to emails offering RT Webinars

    When offering RedTail Webinars, you only give (PT/ET), why do you leave off CT? I know it is a small calculation in my head to figure it out, but why not just include it?

  6. Delete team should say disable team

    There should be consistency with the verbiage being used in the CRM. When you delete a team it is truly being disabled, so it should say disable team, that would be more intuitive and consistent.

  7. Retriever - move multiple items at once on a Mac

    I have a Mac, and it would be very nice to be able to move multiple documents from one folder to another at a time. I am changing my file structure a bit, and that requires me to move EACH document from one folder to the new one. VERY time consuming. Thanks!

  8. Add alphabet hyperlink to the top of imaging so you can go straight to the first name beginning with that letter rather than scrolling

    In imaging it would be great to have an alphabet hyperlink that would take you to the first folder in that letter set starting with that letter. Example, hit the t it takes you to Tanner, etc. As our client base is growing this feature would save a lot of scroll time.

  9. Delete or move to end of list

    In this Feedback Forum it would be great if ideas, once added to the system, were moved to the end of the list or deleted from the list all together. This would make searching for like items a bit easier.

  10. Initial Log in page

    I love seeing dogs and was easily and pleasantly amused each day by the Golden Retriever with his head hanging out the window. But lately, what looks like some kind of subscriber person promotion, are these really cute puppies that look like purebred dogs that easily could have cost $3000 to $6000 in fees. I have been a dog shelter volunteer for 18 years. Euthanasia rates are in the millions per DAY for dogs and cats languishing in underfunded shelters and rescue group struggle daily to feed, vet, shelter, train etc from underfunded budgets to keep animals until their FOREVER…

  11. Imaging Built Into the Client Portal

    It would be nice to not have imaging as a separate "entity" from our clients. I know you can access it with each individual client but it would be nice if it was built into the clients portal like it is with documents. That way it can be accessed more easily and would allow for us to have greater coordination and organization.

  12. Select All feature for Broadcast Speak

    I want to send a broadcast invite to everyone listed from our CRM that have not accepted a Speak invite yet. A great feature would be to have a simple way to 'select all' instead of clicking on them individually.

  13. CHANGE LIGHT BLUE FONT TO A DARKER COLLOR FOR EASIER VIEWING

    The l8ght blue font is difficult to read under certain light in conditions in my office. I would like to see a darker font.

  14. Ability to view help menu history

    There should be a way to "favorite" help menu articles or videos to easily find and refer back to at a later date. There should also be a "history" feature to find videos previously watched. After recently onboarding and watching numerous videos, there doesn't seem to be an easy way to find a previously watched video for the help I'm looking for without wasting a lot of time. I suppose I could bookmark a video but it would be easier to have something internal within the CRM to refer back to.

  15. Change "Sign into your Redtail Account" to "Sign in to your Redtail Account"

    Change "Sign into your Redtail Account" to "Sign in to your Redtail Account."

    "Sign in" is a phrasal verb. As written, part of the verb is connected as one word to a preposition.

    Also change "Logout" (a noun) to "Log out" (a phrasal verb).

    This suggestion may be planned, but there is no timeline on this feature being added. This suggestion is remaining open and can continue to gather votes and comments!

  16. Showing % of investments in a portfolio.

    Currently when I open an Investigo account I see % breakdown by investment. It's very helpful when determining how much is equity and how much is fixed income. As a new user I will have to leave Redtail to
    return to Investigo for such. I'd really appreciate it if you'd consider it for your platform.

  17. With the use Roboform, Redtail does not retain passwords when changing devices.

    Redtail does not retain passwords when I change devices. This is a problem. I use Roboform and it doesn't seem to work with Redtail.

  18. An option to convert a UDF "any text field" to "List of Values"

    Having an option to either convert a UDF any text field to List of values or to designate it during initial import would be handy. creating one is a multi-step procedure currently. Alternatively, since you already have a routine (when you import Writing Advisor) having the back room apply it by request for a given field would also work

  19. Speak invitation is confusing

    Clients are not accepting the invitation to text with us because of the verbiage on the invite. Clients think that they are joining a meeting and not just texting.

  20. Please cut Phone Support wait times.

    Wait time is typically well over 30 minutes. The big C crisis has subsided greatly and hopefully you can now hire more people and put emphasis on client experience.
