  1. Fix automatic email triggers when syncing Outlook Meetings

    For syncing of Outlook Meetings (those that were sent or received), you need to find a way to fix the sync between the two systems. Currently, if the meeting is added or moved to the Redtail calendar in Outlook, in addition to the original Meeting request that was sent via Outlook initially, syncing it with Redtail then adds the Attendee to the body of the Outlook meeting, automatically triggering another email to be sent out.   2. Essential Updates to Copytalk Integration

    High Priority

    Either have all dictation come into Redtail or, at a minimum, all dictations that are done in Redtail via the Copytalker app. Currently, the only way to have all dictations come in is by having Copytalk setup the integration via the Legacy system, rather than Redtail Forms. However, the Legacy system won’t automatically link the dictation to a contact record, even if formatted properly or done via the Update Contact option via the Copytalker app. When using the Redtail Forms integration, dictations only come through if very specific wording is used, and the Copytalk transcriber tags it for…

  7. Emoney Redtail integration needs to be expanded

    The Redtail integration to EMoney is a disgrace. We should be able to do more than just dump basic client info from Redtainl into EMoney. We shoulds have the ability to pull account information from EMoney's aggregation functionality. Additionally, reports should be able to be sent into client's note folders.

  8. Improve Schwab Advisor Center Digital Account Opening to include employment and citizenship data

    As a Redtail User, I would like to have employment and citizenship data pull over in Digital Account Opening as those are required fields to populate on new accounts

  9. Integration that pulls news/obituary alerts for selected RT contacts (clients mostly)

    This would work similarly to Google Alerts (but hopefully without having to enter each name individually into the alert search feature). This would enhance advisor ability to celebrate good news with clients or find out about deaths sooner than when a family member notifies (sometimes so late we can't attend the funeral). Would be nice if alerts could be sent via user email as well.

  10. Please setup a two-way integration with Laserfiche.

    The two-way integration with Laserfiche will allow for forms completed to populate client information, initiate workflows and tasks. Let's get this done. Thank you.

  11. Primary Telephone Number with Laser App

    We use Laser App on a daily basis. Can something be done so that the "Mobile" number on a contact record will flood in a PRIMARY PHONE NUMBER? It only pulls in a "Home" ph number, & most do not even have home phones anymore. We ALWAYS have to manually input the mobile phone number as the "main ph #" for clients ppwk.

  15. Zapier - Workflow Trigger should include linked contact info

    Let's say I want to send a PreciseFP form when a workflow step/task is completed. I can't do that because the workflow data doesn't include information about the workflow's linked contact. So, right now, not a whole lot you can do with this trigger if it involves contacts in redtail.

  16. mobile assistant task assignment

    We would love to be able to use Mobile Assistant to assign a task to someone other that the user dictating the note. For example, an advisor could assign a task to a paraplanner (not just themselves) using Mobile Assistant.

    Expand Zapier fields and actions.

    Expand Zapier to contacts Updated, Tasks created or updated, and calendar events created or updated. This would quickly expand the capability of RedTail.

  20. Why not use both Copytalk Legacy and Copytalk Forms integration

    Please keep the legacy integration, we use it a lot.

    While talking with Copytalk, they mentioned that the legacy integration, where the notes show up on the home page is likely going to be removed by Redtail at some point. This is super helpful for our office because it allows us to go in and edit the notes before we save it to a client's profile.

    The new integration, Copytalk forms, is convenient because it uploads directly to the client's profile, but it does not allow for us to edit once its saved as a note. It would be nice…
