  1. GoToMeeting to sync with Redtail. Not through Zapier

    When I create a Redtail Activity, I would like the option to add conferencing via GoToMeeting so it creates a link to then share with guests.

  2. Intulse Integration - Custom category for auto-logged calls

    Calling all Intulse integration users! Please VOTE!

    If Redtail/Intulse could work together to implement a custom category type for the auto-logged notes that appear in the CRM after a call, the Contacts by No Contact report would produce a much more streamlined report to aid in practice management and tracking touch points.

    If the note that is automatically produced after a call is made or received through Intulse was coded as "Phone call" or "Intulse call," then the Contacts by No Contact report could be filtered to appointments and Intulse calls. This small change would have a huge impact on…

  3. Better integration with note-taking apps

    I need a way for handwritten notes in either OneNote or Evernote to integrate to RT. Evernote only synches typed notes and RT will not import handwritten notes which are saves as PNG files. This makes this entire integrates useless since we, and many others now, take notes on a tables w/ stylus. OneNote doesn't have any integration, but would need the same fx. Either will do.

  8. Add additional information that can be sent to LaserApp

    need the ability to put in the client's employment status (Retired, Employed, etc.) and be able to pull that over to paperwork in LaserApp

  10. scheduling

    Currently we create a Schedule Meeting Task for our current client/contact list that reminds our front office on a quarterly, semi annually, or annually basis to reach out to the client and schedule an appointment for a portfolio review. I was trying to eliminate the amount of time the staff spends on the phone and going back and forth with lients to schedule appoints so I thought I could integrate a scheduling app.

  12. Sync account beneficiary information from Redtail to Emoney

    Creating the ability for ALL account details in Redtail to sync with the contact in eMoney and vice versa. The synching integration really is mute point fi you are still having to go into each system for data entry.

  13. Intergrate the Redtail CRM to work with Mitel phone systems.

    We are switching our phone system to Mitel and as they are one of the big VOIP phone systems we are disappointed to see that Redtail does not integrate with them.

  14. Albridge Feed Missing Company Name and Registration Type

    The data feed into Redtail from Albridge does not map the company name that the account is associated with. Additionally, the registration type is not mapped. We have over 45,000 accounts in our Redtail database and adding this information on a per account basis is unrealistic.

  15. Allow integration to Microsoft SharePoint shared folders

    Currently all of our contact's documentation is stored on Microsoft SharePoint. It would be ideal if we could link to the shared folder as opposed to having to upload all documents and have documentation in two places.

  16. Account feed integration with Nationwide

    We have many clients with accounts at Nationwide that do not feed into Red Tail. It would be helpful if Nationwide was an option on the integration list.

  18. FMG Suite integration

    In syncing contacts to FMGSuite, we need to see Quicklist Tags. Not just Tag Groups. Since Tag Groups are static, they are of limited usefulness for the purpose of identifying categories to send emails to. Since Quicklists are dynamic, I can count on the correct client records being in given Quicklists.

    A native self-calendaring option like Calendly or ScheduleOnce that has direct access to your calendar and a confirmation system like AppointmentReminder that automatically sends out an appointment confirmation via email and/or sms.

  20. Zapier Automation

    Bugs to be fixed in Zapier. Although Redtail is showing available to integrate with other applications within Zapier, there are a few bugs that make it impossible to connect applications. Anything to speed along a fix to make Redtail functional when using Zapier would be greatly appreciated.

    Here is the email correspondence with Zapier:
