  1. let's talk bubble for support chat

    It would be nice to be able to move the "Let's talk" bubble in the bottom right corner. Sometimes it hides information that I need to see.

  2. Moveable Chat bubble

    It would be nice if the chat bubble that is in the bottom right corner of the CRM would be moveable to other areas on the screen or for it to completely disappear and be button on the top. When we go to the accounts screen, the chat bubble covers up the total account value when you scroll all the way to the bottom and you can't see the number.

  3. Move Support Chat Bubble to Sidebar

    The blue support chat bubble in the bottom right corner blocks view. Specifically, I can't quickly see when a user created an activity. It's great that the support chat bubble is on every page- so is the collapsible side bar on the left. Why not move the bubble to the sidebar so it is out of the way?

  4. Contact Link Option for any filed listed as "Contact"

    It's frustrating that there are multiple fields where a contact can be listed yet, despite the fact that the contact being listed is also in Redtail, there is no option to create a hyperlink to that client. For example: Departments (under Business Clients), Primary Contact (under Misc. Client Information), Referred By (under Client Details), etc.

  5. Add a "TOP" button when scrolling down on pages

    Add a "TOP" button when scrolling down on pages such as notes, activities, etc. where we can easily click one button to return to the top of the page vs scrolling back up to be able to move away from that page. OR freeze the side bar menu so we don't have to scroll up and can just click the page we want to go to.

  6. Redtail speak nickname

    Text messages already send to the client's first name but if they have a preferred name/nickname they go by that is filled out in their contact, we can address them by their nickname in the text instead of their first name.

    The database owner (and others in our office) hate the Red in the new look. Everything looks urgent/stressful now. You should choose a different color or have a feature to allow users to select their color scheme for text.

  10. Redtail Speak, please add ability for administrators to view all conversations and have overview of which individuals are enrolled.

    Provide administrators with an overview of client activations of Redtail Speak. Have the ability to view conversations initiated by other users for compliance oversight. Need the ability to monitor text exchanges to ensure compliance with SEC directives.

  11. Redtail Speak history for team members

    Have the ability to see Speak history for team members in a channel, in a similar manner to how we can see it for clients in CRM.

  12. Imaging File View

    Please create an easier way to view a file when clicking on the file link in imaging. Right now it's very clunky where it opens in the browser and we need to scroll down each page to move to the next page. I know we can download the file but I don't want to have to download the file each time I just want to view a file for certain information. Thank you!!

    For the Redtail Speak, it would be great to integrate a phone number that the advisor is already using. Our clients have gotten used to texting our advisors at their current number, so it would be great to continue using that number.

  14. Redtail Speak - Display Year Text was Sent/Received

    Would like to be able to see the year a text was sent/received directly in Redtail Speak. We can see it in Redtail Speak History, but would like the year shown inside of Speak itself when texting.

    Looking through all of these suggestions today, I clicked on "status" . I see 1016 received, only 351 reviewed, and only 8 answered. What is the purpose of this page if ideas aren't reviewed and considered?

  17. redtail dog login screen pictures

    When we log into our Redtail CRM we get wonderful pictures of dogs along with some information such as the dog's name etc. It would be great if we could also know what breed the dog is. That is information I would love to know!

  18. auto-launch Speak upon logging into Redtail CRM

    If both a Redtail CRM and Speak user, can you create a setting to auto-launch the Speak tab?

  19. In Redtail SPEAK, allow a group message by contact's status.

    In Redtail SPEAK, it would be convenient to be able to create a group message by a contact's status. So all "A Clients" I can send a group message to, for example. Having to individually select each client for the group message is too time consuming.

  20. No "Invite" option for SPEAK. OR, increase the number of characters allowed in the invite message.

    The "having to accept an invite to receive texts" in SPEAK is not helpful when trying to tell a client important information. Either removing the invite option- or making the number of characters in the first initial invite message unlimited. When limiting the character- if someone has not accepted the invite & we need to relay important information, we cannot do so with limited characters.
