Would like the option to choose the fields best suited for our office in the accounts list for the quick view under accounts.

Automations- Add if Primary or Preferred Condition
Please add the condition "If Primary" and "if Preferred" under the conditions options in automations. No reason why it should only be type.. many things need to happen if a clients changes their primary mailing address or home address or preferred email address. Not all clients have the same type of mailing or email adddress and we don't seem to have the option to specify and/or scenario. Example: If an active client changes their email address- we need an automation to link a workflow to alert the team to change their various systems ONLY if it was their primary email…

Apply different time zones to different events in Calendar
When creating/editing events in the Calendar, we should be able to enter a time zone for that specific event, so that it adapts to each time zone. Very difficult to schedule events that do not occur in the same time zone as they were created.

Add the ability to add Notes to a step without completing it
At this time, the only way to communicate with EVERYONE associated with a Step is to complete the current Step, add notes in the window that pops up, and have an outcome that recycles back to the current Step. This means that all of the Tasks within the Step that have already been completed are refreshed.
We should be able to put in Notes on a step that can be shared with everyone without having to redo work all over again (or at least assign work all over again).

Gift Log
Add a Gift Log - A way to track what each client has received and when they received it and then to be able to pull reports.

Professional should have reciprocal to the professional's contact too
If you post a CPA to the individuals Professional contact, you should be able to go to the CPA contact and see all their clients.

Account UDF Report needs suffixes and middle initial for contacts
I noticed on the account UDF report (and results) that the suffix and middle initial isn't present. As we have clients that we tell apart using the middle initial and suffix we need those to be visible at all times.

Add Servicing Advisor beside Portfolio Balance
Please add "servicing advisor" right next to "portfolio balance" on the contact page. When I look for a contact/client, I also need to know, at first glance, who the advisor is.

Fix Contact Photo
Allow us to upload an image that is not square, we previously would upload all client Driver's Licenses, and crop the photo! It was great, we had a Client photo for everyone and quick access to all their DL info. It now cuts off the edges since no State has a square DL. Please fix this, this is a deal breaker for me.

Things to Do Today
The items in this section should remain on "today" until either completed or the deadline that we create has passed. For instance if I create an item yesterday to be completed by tomorrow, it's still a "thing to do today" and not yet "past due" or "upcoming". If this can't be changed, this section should be changed to "Activities CREATED Today" to be aptly titled for what it is doing. If changed, this would be a very useful working task list. Is there anyway to include all names when running a beneficiary report on family account - or list the "family name?" right now it only shows the individual

Using Nicknames to Search for Contacts when Linking to Notes and Activities
When adding a note and wanting to copy to another contact, "copy to another contact" field will not pull clients by nickname,only last name or formal name However in the contact search field, one can search by formal name, nickname, partial name. Very inconsistent!

sorting in reports should display that way in PDFs
Please allow sorting with the "importance" field for the final pdf version. Currently you can sort for the screen, but the pdf will not keep the order or show that field.

Assigning multiple advisers or Team to an Opportunity
Is it possible to assign an opportunity to multiple advisers? We have situations where multiple advisers are assigned to an opportunity and they would like to be able to select all opps that they are working even those that they jointly are working as a team.

Servicing Advisor = Advisor Role
Workflows are best used when tasks are assigned to different "roles" within each firm. If we went to the trouble to assign a Servicing Advisor to every contact, why now do we also need to assign an Advisor Role to every contact? Seems redundant.
Sure, you can do a bulk change to assign all servicing advisors the advisor role. But why? If contacts are always getting added, how frequently should you need to run these bulk actions before running a workflow. Recipe for mistakes...

different contact types
It would be really helpful to have a couple more categories to choose from when you add a new contact. Individual, business, association, trust, or union, don't really apply to a few of the contacts (which are insurance, annuity companies, etc., in this case). We can't categorize them as businesses because we already have a group of contacts labeled as this for a different reason. It would be awesome to have a "company" option to choose from as well.

Activity Report - Linked Contacts - can sort online but doesn't in PDF
It would be great if the PDF report could print Linked Contacts alphabetically A to Z. I can sort A to Z online in the report section but when I select PDF it scrambles the names up so what I see on my screen does NOT match printed version. So frustrating!!! Also, if there are 2 linked contacts it prints "2 contacts" and not the names.
