  1. Backup of client data offline

    We need a way to back up our data, notes, archived emails offline. All investment advisors are required to have contingency plans, so if internet goes down in an area for extended period of time or even short term, we can't see our client data. I would like to be able to backup my client data periodically onto a local hard drive for safekeeping should something happen and I need access.

    Even if its report driven, give us the option to filter so we can back up specific clients for a range of dates would be helpful.

  2. Add "account source" column to Accounts by Status export to filter "manually entered" vs. "from feed"

    I would like to be able to filter all account by status "manually entered" vs. "from feed" once I export them to Excel document. Right now this column and option is missing. It is only available through RT reports, but it does not export to file.

    Could you please add "account source" column to Accounts by Status export to filter "manually entered" vs. "from feed"? Thank you.

  3. Report of clients on a given step in a workflow, then mail merge from report

    I would like to be able to see all the clients on a given step in my workflow process. Then to be able to mail merge and send those clients a letter would be very helpful.

  4. RMD

    With the recent update for filtering the RMD for contacts 72 and older. It would be nice to add to include individuals who were already 70.5 before the SECURE Act was passed and who will have to continue taking an RMD; until it is no longer relevant.

  5. Make linked notes visible from the activity report

    As a user I would like to see all the details of my activity within the report, please include linked notes.

  6. custom report

    combine elements of activity and notes reports to manage staff. we have weekly staff meetings to review the week. if we can see open and completed activities and notes for a client/prospect. it would tell a better story of what we did for this person without having to go to multiple reports. we would run this report weekly for everything we did that week

  7. Activity report option in common tasks

    The report options within the common tasks of a contact record, only provides a "last activity" repor however, you did give options fo "last note" and "notes report". Please give the same option to be able to run "activity report", not just a "last activity"report. Similar to how the note report options are.

  8. activities by client category

    Please enable us to create a report that shows completed/open activities and workflows per contact category. Seems ridiculous we have to beg on a suggestion board for the ability to report on our own information!!

  10. report completed tasks

    It would be great if we could run a report on completed tasks so we can see which users completed what tasks, not just the last user that completed a workflow that may include multiple people
    Right now you can just run a report on open tasks, which doesn't credit users on how much they have accomplished over a course of time

  11. Contact Notes Report

    I would like to be able to run a Notes Report by household, not just individual client. That way a married couple can have a combined report if desired, not two separate reports that need to be run.

  12. make comments and linked documents part of the notes search

    Notes are searchable, but comments and document names are not. It would be helpful to hit all when searching notes.

  13. View to see all activity on a Contact Record for certain time period

    Would be nice to see all activity (whether an activity, note, phone call, email, etc) by Contact for a selected time period. This would be particularly beneficial when returning from time away from the office to see a consolidated view of everything. Could just be a screen view, or report.

  14. build a usable insurance report or at least let us customize a report. insurance account fields need help

    separate insurance accounts tab that includes all fields pertinent to insurance. need a "final term conversion date" for sure. need a life insurance report that includes all fields like beneficiaries, term conversion deadline, premiums, face amount, etc.

  15. Print Work Flow Template

    It would be helpful if we could print out Template Workflows. It would be a great resource to be able to print it out and have to be able to edit for approval or to be able to put in a book as a SOP style handout.

  16. Seminar Attendee Export as CSV

    Add the ability to export list of seminar attendees as a CSV with information including their Redtail ID.
    Ideally you would be able to select multiple seminars from the page and export all the attendees at each seminar in one sheet.

  18. Workflow Reports to include more detail such as complete workflows and outcome info.

    The Workflow Report shows the current step. The workflow task report shows the current step and task but not the user/team/role assigned. You also can't see any completed info on the workflow task report. If you are managing an office and trying to review where multiple employees are on all of their workflows including what outcomes they've selected for certain steps, you have to go to each individual workflow and run the timeline report in order to see the outcome itself.   19. Workflow Checklist Report - Add user and time/ date stamp

    On the workflow checklist I would like a time and date stamp including the user that completed it for the task and step of the person that completed it. I see on the report who it was assigned to as well as the due date, but not the actual date of completion nor who completed it.

  20. Notes by Contact report

    Allow Note comments to be added to report by date outlined in filter.
    EX Original note date 07/14/17 Comments made on 08/01/2017 (notes report filtered for 7/24/17 thru 08/08/17. ) Though the original does not appear due to date filter,please allow the comment to appear in the report as it is within the filtered date range. AT this time the report only allows for recognition of the original note date.
