Please add an email option for notifications
Please create a feature that allows us to select an email option for notifications. Currently you can choose who to notify, however, if that individual is not within the CRM on the day of, they will not see the notification.

Improve SPEAK notifications
I miss most of my client-initiated SPEAK messages bc I am not getting any notifications. Can you force notifications through to the CRM panel somehow when inactive? At least update the "minutes until inactive" to include all day instead of max 60 minutes? I also don't get any sound notification on my iPhone...ever.

Birthday alert on Speak when texting client
It would be nice to have some sort of notification when you go to text the client on Speak alerting us of it being their birthday. I know it shows on their Redtail profile, but we have gone to Speak and text a client and didn't realize it was their birthday until later.

brosix integration
Integrate Brosix messenger with Redtail to update the person added to task/activity in real time, perhaps calendar reminders as well

Hyperlink directly into activity from email notification
We get email notifications when someone has updated an activity, however, there is no hyperlink in the notification email that would easily connect you to the activity for your reply.
Adding a hyper link option in the notification email would save a number of steps.
Current process...
1. Get the email, read the activity and prepare reply needed.
2. Open a browser, go to redtail.
3. Navigate to the client.
4. Find the activity and click on the activity to open it.
5. Write reply and submit.The suggested new process:

FP Pathfinder integration - ability to change alert settings
Currently with the FP Pathfinder integration after a client completes a task the notes automatically go to their notes tab. Then a task is created from that note - the problem is that note is defaulted to the CRM owner and can't be changed in settings as there are no settings for this integration other than active or not. Please create the ability for this tasks to be added to a team or another CRM user.

Designate Reviews By Servicing Advisor
We have 2 advisors who are servicing our 1000+ client base. With that many client's it is difficult to remember off hand which advisor services which client. We use the Review tool in order to remind us when it is time to reach out for a client's review. It would be great if there was a simple way to know which review went to which servicing advisor. One initial thought was to create a color link on the calendar. i.e Mark's client reviews are red, Ryan's client reviews are blue.
Thanks for considering, I'm sure many other advisors would agree…

Email Notifications- Activities vs. Notes
Currently when a user marks a note with the "Notify User/Team" the User/Team gets an email with a link to log in to Redtail to view the note.
Unlike an Activity when saved and completed the Title and the Description are completely displayed in the notification email.Can we have the notes fully display in the email. This would help keep teams all on the same page (especially when working remote).

Add client name to subject line in email notification
It would be nice to have an option of putting a client name in email notification that a note has been added. It would be a great reference feature for now and in the future if we needed to pull up the notification by name through the email subject line

Add an option for a user to receive email notifications (and/or a workflow automation trigger) when a seminar attendee status changes.

Allow to notify when putting notes into a task from the calendar
Please allow for notifying a member when putting notes in on a task from the calendar also would be very helpful if you could individually notify more than one person.

Please create an Auto-Renewal option for the Policy Renewal Reminders!
Please create an Auto-Renewal option for the Policy Renewal Reminders Tab. Under Reminders, Renewals is not effective since we have to go in and manually update the day that the policy renews every year. Insurance policies renew on the same day every year, so an re-occuring or auto option would be the most user-friendly way to set it and forget it! :)

Turn off archiving of activity notification emails
In using the email archiving system, we do not need to archive Retail activity notification emails since that information is already provided in the activities of the Retail system. It just adds a lot of emails that would need to be weeded through when trying to find important archived client emails. If we could just choose to exclude this email address from the archiving system, it seems like would resolve this issue. Redtail Notification notifications@redtailtechnology.com

On Email notifications, put linked contact's name at the top of the email (with type/subject)
On Email notifications, put linked contact's name at the top of the email (with type/subject) rather than at the bottom where we have to scroll all the way to the end of the email to see who it is for.

Activity Push Notification
It would be great to receive a notification on my phone (either via the app or from the database itself) 15 -30 minutes (customization option) before an activity.

Create a way to set activities to default notify a specific team vs always having to choose a team to notify when updating or completing the activity.

email notification
Notifications received via email provide a summary but no way to click a link in the email and go directly to the Note/Task/Contact record. It would save lots of time if you can hyperlink the Note/Task/Contact record. Currently you would have to view the email notification, log into Redtail, click around to search the contact/task before you can see the details or make any edits

Notification Options - ability to select by activity type
It would be great if we could have the ability to identify which types of activities we would like to be notified for (i.e. Appointments only, Tasks and Appointments, etc) instead of just a blanket Yes/No for all Activity Types.

If we are going to get any use out of the birthday feature, we need to get a notification of a birthday one week in advance to send a card.
What I want to see is an email notification about a current client's birthday 7-10 days in advance so I can send a card in the mail.
