  1. Account Report with ALL Fields and Notes/Activities associated with Account

    Please create a report that we can print (preferrably in pdf or word format) that includes ALL the fields we fill in on the individual account page in Redtail. Include the notes because we use this field to put in additional information pertinant to the investment or annuity etc. This report could be printed for client meetings without having to pull up Redtail in front of the client.

  2. Search on Salutation

    I would like to run a search for all of the Doctors in my book but there is no option to just search br Dr.?

  3. Facebook - Contact Sync

    There is an iPhone program called SmartSync that grabs data from FB and adds things like pictures, birthdays, websites, and address. It would be amazing to be able to have RedTail sync with FB. Here is a link to the iPhone app. I'll also tweet something to your twitter account.

    Have someone download the app and try on their iPhone (and hopefully it is someone who uses iCloud and OS X) and sync their address book with FB. I think you will be really amazed and how well this program works. This is would be a giant value add to…

  4. Add more Customize Fields under Departments

    It would be nice to add more customizing fields to departments than just having four. Name, contact, phone, email or web. Most of the departments I use have phone number, fax number, email, web, a user name and password to their websites. I am currently having the fax number on the right side under Contact card. The only way for me to know if it is the right department fax number is to hover that number until the department name appears. Its very eye straining when i have 12 work fax numbers i have to look at.

  6. We need the ability to identify emails that are not linked to a contact record.

    It is our understanding that email history will only show up if the email address exists in a contact record. To ensure nothing falls through the cracks we would like the ability to identify all those emails that are not linked to a contact record.

  7. Add a feature to search all data ever entered in Redtail by keyword

    This would function like "Spotlight" on the Mac so that you can find anything you've ever entered in Redtail by searching by any word.

  10. Householding Client Groups via Head of Household

    When I click on the contacts tab, I would like the option of setting it to automatically populate a list of only my head of household clients. Not vendors. Not other advisers clients. Not each individual client. ...just a household head count and contact list.

  11. Add "Years Until Retirement" next to Retirement Date in Know Your Client

    This would be a helpful feature for quickly looking at a clients record to determine the number of years until they retire. Once we type in the clients birthday and retirement date, the system would calculate the number of years until they hit that retirement date. Much like the anniverary or birthday counting feature.   12. Track Commissions

    Please provide a report page that shows outstanding revenues that can be targeted, both for Commissions and for AUM (Assets Under Management). This feature will allow advisors to see all of their revenues that they can potentially acquire, if they close all of their outstanding prospective business. Please list Commissions and AUM for each Prospect/Client and a Total for all outstanding amounts at the top of the page. Thanks!

  13. Data Entry when Adding Documents

    When uploading you just have the option to upload the document and then go back and change everything. Any way it can be changed so that all of the information on the document is stored when you upload it.

  14. Option to automatically rollover activity

    It would be helpful to have an option when creating an activity to automatically roll activity over until activity is completed. This would be nice for an activity that we assign to an employee that we want them to see everyday until it's completed. It would be nice in a situation where we assign an activity to an employee and give them a week to do it. It won't fall off the dashboard after a day. And it would also be helpful when I assign a task to myself that I know I probably won't get done today and want…
