Age Based Triggers
I would really love to see the option for triggers based on age/birthdates. As advisors, many important financial events have age based triggers: RMDs, full retirement age, age 59 1/2, etc. To have a workflow or checklist automatically assigned when a client reaches specific milestones would be hugely helpful.

Add Additional Fields to the Client Review Section
The Client Review section is lacking. For compliance purposes, advisers need to track when the contact the clients for meetings. Please add the following fields in the Client Review Section:
1. Date Last Met
2. Date Last Contacted
3. Preferred Meeting Place

I would like to be able to search for appointments I have scheduled for myself ( for people that are not redtail clients)

provide a place for us to put our company name, contact info, logo, and/or tagline on reports.
To provide ongoing client awareness of the services firm with whom they are working and easy access to contact the advisors, it would be very helpful, and also would look great, if we could put our company information/logo on reports. Thank you.

When downloading an activity report in PDF, please have the priority levels (1-6) listed in the PDF.
If I print out an activity sheet in PDF (though has the function in Excel) it doesn't have the priority levels. Would like to easily distingush beween our most important tasks (1), to task in process like larger projects (6).

Custom Alerts
I would love a way to set-up custom alerts such as a client's one-year anniversary with my firm, or a client reaching a $1m - events that I would like to memorialize in some way.

Account Nickname
Under the client account section on the Account Card can you add a field that is called "Account Nickname" And have this field be part of the "Accounts by Contact" export. We use account nicknames in addition to the account numbers around the office as to designate the account without having to remember a crazy number that is different from custodian to custodian. Thanks

add client review reminder to the mobile ap
It would be nice to the reminders for client reviews - the same way that birthday reminders - show on the mobile app.

Include Trusts in the Family Portfolio Value
allow the family trusts and other entities with AUM to be linked so that it shows under family portfolio value. Instead of 'other dependent' include 'trust' or 'associated entity'

Customize Email viewing permissions
would like to have some controls over what emails employees can view within the CRM. Example: we want employees to see all emails within a client record, however, would like to restrict the viewing of emails within employee records. We do not want employees viewing emails from the principal of the firm or the compliance officer.

Option to Link Any/All Data to Spouse's Record
It would be helpful to have the option to link both spouses with all their info (SSN, Bday, email, ect) all under the Family Head. It is inconvenient to have to to enter the clients as two seperate intities when they share the same income and assets, etc. The family Head needs to have one quick way to enter all the spouses info. Also known as a "House Hold".

History of Client Reviews
Can we have a system that tracks the history of Client Reviews? Currently we have the option to input the first review, but I don't see how we can track what has been completed. Some clients will not meet exactly within a year (six months, quarterly, etc.) of the first meeting. It would be nice to enter in the reviews and then have the countdown to the next review begin based on the last completed review.

create a special reminder for important milestone ages.
We are looking for a reminder specifically targeting certain ages, such as 62, 65, and 66. This would make it easy to pinpoint those ages that require specific attention. Thanks.

Report Disclosures Editablility
Report disclosures:
1) Should only be editable by Administrative users
2) Should have the ability to change font size due to various lengths of disclosures (or so font isn't same size as the rest of the report)

Google Earth integration so you can see your contacts on a pre-made map
I propose a feature that ties into Google Earth so that when you make an appointment with someone, you can visually see all of the other contacts who are within a geographic region.
So for example:
Your practice is based in San Francisco, CA
You have 1000 contacts spread across the country. These could be clients, prospects, lawyers, and accountants.
You decide that next month, you want to meet a client (Mr. Steve Jones) in Los Angeles, CA which is 8 hours away.
To be more efficient with your travel oppurtunities and expenses, you would love to see a Google…

Read Only Permissions
I suggest you add a VIEW ONLY as a Database Choice for Users. That way if we want our branch office(s) to be added to our database (and vice versa) as Users to only be able to view the database, calendar, client accounts, etc. so they can assist clients they can do so. However, we don't want the User to be able to make changes or additions to the database or calendar. This ultimately helps reps from the main office (and vice versa) with clients at the branch office to be able to assist those clients over the phone if…
