Move the "Notes" link from the Bulk Actions list up a level so that it appears when you click on "Contact Options"
Move the "Notes" link from the Bulk Actions list up a level so that it appears when you click on "Contact Options" - otherwise you have to click on Bulk Actions then search for Notes. Since we always are writing notes to client contact records, this function should be easier whether it is for just one client record or a "tagged" group of them.

Add riskalyze to main contact record
I was wandering if you could add the riskalyze score on the main page of a contact record? There seems to be plenty of empty space next to the clients nae that a small version of the Risalyze speed limit sign could go in.

Add section in client header to list top 3 client goals. Ie, retirement, college funding, etc.

Add additional fonts in broadcast emails
We would like to have a larger selection of fonts available for broadcast emails. A "signature" style font would be very helpful

mail merge fields
Why is it taking so long to make more mergeable fields? There should have been updates to these along time ago. Mail Merge items that are of DIRE NEED are:
SSN (client & spouse)
Cell phone # (client & spouse)
DOB--spouse is not
email address -- spouse is not
FULL NAME -- spouse to many merge fields to get one result
ID #'s (client & spouse)
ETC.

RMD
With the recent update for filtering the RMD for contacts 72 and older. It would be nice to add to include individuals who were already 70.5 before the SECURE Act was passed and who will have to continue taking an RMD; until it is no longer relevant.

Hoping to find a way to send a "Workflow Reminder" directly to the outstanding team member.
I would love to write a way to send a "Workflow Reminder". For example, I would like to remind one staff member that they have tasks outstanding and I would like to have a reminder sent directly to him via email to work on them. This would be in addition to him seeing his outstanding task bar on his desktop, which is often ignored as.

UDF (User Defined Field) on Contact Creation Page
Why isn't there the availability to add UDF's to the Contact Input Page? There is specific information that we would like to enter. The way the system is now, we have to create the contact and then we have to go back in to the system to input the UDF's. This isn't a very efficient way of handling the data.

subject line
When you are sending a bulk email, can you update the system so it defaults to alert you when you are about to send a bulk email without anything in the subject line?

Ability to sort/move contact info sections
Please add the ability to personalize the order of the sections under a contact record. Currently, the order is:
Contact Name
Accounts
Activities
Documents
Etc.At least half of these are unused by our company. It would be really nice if each user, or even the company admin, could arrange these so that the most used sections are at the top.

Color code tasks from the Dashboard, not just the Calendar
I would like to be able to see a color code based on my own input on the dashboard for my activities that day. (not just on the calendar)
For example: if I have multiple trade sheets to process, I can make them all one color, easy to find and complete at the same time.

link notes to workflow
It would be super helpful if you could link a note to another note (instead of just adding a comment to a note) when a note is related to a previously written note. It would also be super useful to be able to link an existing note to a workflow (or activity or opportunity. I know you can add a new note for activities and opportunities, but I don't believe you can add an existing note). Like, say the Advisor has a conversation with a client about a distribution request and makes a note in redtail about the request. Then…

Redtail Mobile App 3.0+ View Household Members
When going to visit clients we like to ask how the family is doing. While on the road we like to review the clients info so that we better know our client when we walk in the door. Names are important for us so If we can view household members and link them to a contact record that would finally allow us to move from Outlook notes to being fully covered with just the RedTail mobile app. I know there are similar ideas out there but with the new mobile app update I wanted to iterate how knowing our client…
