  1. Notification when ID expires

    Since we put in the expiration dates of client's IDs, a notification of each expiration (e.g. 30 days prior) would be appreciated. This way we could update it the next time we communicate with the client.

  2. Important Information

    It would be great if the Important Information is immediately visible by pop up when you open a client's account as opposed to hoping everyone will go digging for the information when interacting with clients.

  3. Alert reminder pop-up such as Outlook

    I see that others keep posting about alert reminder pop-up options that allow for snooze/setting reminders for times other than 30 min. etc.. The feedbacks continue to be "completed" with addressing the issue as the alert bell at the top of the right-hand corner, or the dog barking 30 min before a given task/appt.. I'm not sure that is addressing the concern as there is a need for pop-up reminders such as found on Outlook. Is it possible to link Redtail and Outlook calendars? This way I could use the functionality of Outlook reminders and it wouldn't necessarily matter if…

  4. Alerts and Alarms

    Current alert system insufficient. This alert system has to be motified to allow for more options. I don't want every phone call, task, appointment to give me an alert. However, I would like to set an appointment and have the option of whether I want an alarm to be set and minutes to reminder. This should not appear in the preference section but be an option when creating activites.

  5. Warning for unsaved changes

    When making changes to contacts or activities and you haven't saved, could there be a prompt or a warning that you have unsaved changes before leaving the activity or contact?

  6. notification of calendar activity

    I want to be able to receive some kind of pop up reminder when a calendar activity is due. For example, 10 or 20 or 30 minutes (customizable) before an appointment or phone call, a POP UP reminder. The alert feature on the today page only works if Redtail is the top "window" open, and the dog barking system, while cute, is not at all effective.

  7. Alerts for Schedule Appointments

    It would be super helpful if we had the option to add an "alarm" or "alert" to a schedule appointment. As we all know, sometimes our days become extremely busy and we might miss a thing or two. If we had the option to add and alarm or alert to an appointment that we schedule in the calendar, and we could set the timing of the alert (ie 5 minutes before the meeting takes place) to pop up and remind the user that is attached to the appointment, I think that less things will be missed.

  8. Things to do today

    PLEASE let us set the Activities default on our landing page to "past due and today" or "past due and next 7 days". I'm REALLY, REALLY tired of having to change it every morning.

  9. important information should be displayed in a banner across the top of client page

    i.e. we have a client who is suspicious of the internet and does not want his information in any emails. We frequently communicate with clients that way so we really need a big red warning "DON"T EMAIL" right under his name

  10. Reminder Notifications of upcoming appointments on Phone Application

    It would be nice to be able to assign certain appointments to give a notification alert ahead of the appointment from the phone application. For example, assign a certain appointment to send a notification/reminder the night before it is scheduled.

  11. Make Alerts more Alerting

    I have missed too many webinars because your alerts are so ineffective. I often have the volumn turned off on my computer (thanks autoplay videos) and have no idea that something is starting. Maybe allow more of an alarm function that makes me deal with it no matter what window I am looking at or that I look at even if my sound is off or not.

  13. Autogenerated fields based on age criteria

    It would be helpful if keywords, tag groups, alerts or notification could be live autogenerated by Redtail based on criteria predetermined (their live DOB )

    59 1/2 yrs old for In-service with draw opportunities, 65 for Medicare, 72 for RMDs,

  14. Install a pop up option

    Install a pop up option that can be placed to pop up upon look up of client before going further. with a brief message pertaining to account.
    example- Jane Doe does not want an email to be sent to Husbands work for the next appt. Upon look up of Jane Doe this message pops up and we can remove it or keep it and carry on....

  16. Visible alerts

    Created a VISIBLE system to allow alerts of upcoming meetings or appointments to appear on whatever screen we may be working on. You currently have a bell red alert system that also allow for an audible alert. I think you have to be in the Redtail system to receive either. My suggestion would allow us to set alert time limits and to have them appear on our screens no matter what we were working on. I have missed several important meetings, calls, webinars, and appts since switching from our old system to Redtail. Please make this a priority.

  17. Save Before Closing Warning

    When you are updating a task, there should be a window that pops up to ask if we are sure we would like to close this page without saving progress. Far too often I forget to save when looking for something else in the CRM and it would be nice to have a warning that catches some of my human error.

  19. Remove client anniversary reminder if client is terminated

    I continue to get client anniversary reminders on terminated clients even though I have entered their client termination date.

  20. Speak Alert in CRM

    Under the old speak when there were unread messages there was a notification of the number of unread speak messages in the CRM Speak icon (three dots). This no longer happens. You must have the speak window open to get a notification, which is not optimal. It takes me much longer to notice speak message notifications than before.

    I would like to have speak notifications be made in the CRM window where they used to be, since the CRM is always open.
