How can we improve Redtail Technology's CRM?

  1. Add scheduled send out for broadcast email

    It would be good if we could scheduled a specific date and time for a broadcast email to go out from redtail.

  2. Ability to send broadcast email as the advisor

    Instead of my advisor having to log in and send out the broadcast emails, it would be better if there was a way to "send as" so the broadcast emails come from my advisor and not me.

  3. Broadcast Email Logistics

    Our office would like the ability to analyze broadcast email data. IE. Who is opening our emails? How many emails are opened?

  4. Enable text editor to accept color in the body of an email

    Enable the text editor to use color instead of black and white only. We often send broadcast emails to our elderly clients with a message or invitation embedded in the body of the email and not as an attachment (some do not know how to get the attachment). In Redtail, we could use color text but now in Tailwag it won't copy in color. We're now forced to use another source for email and it's taking too long for the emails to be sent out. Please fix.

  5. broadcast email

    I've been testing out templates for broadcast emails, plus the auto-populate function. Can I suggest that several improvements should happen. It would be nice to import an image rather than linking to a URL. Not every image we have is a standalone on a website, so you're taking all or nothing. And when the email is sent, the image jumps in size rather than stay at the scale created.
    Also - and this is a big one - the auto-populate feature for names needs work. It's nice, but doesn't allow for personalizing preferred name to legal name. Robert and Elizabeth…

  7. Attach Documets to Email Templates

    Be able to attach different documents, like questionairres, that do not have to be attached every time an email is sent out.

  8. Make Broadcast Email Merge fields work more like MS Word fields

    For broadcast email merge fields: when using contact and contact spouse, it does not omit the "and" when there is no spouse. In MS Word you can set an "if/then" condition so it will omit the spouse for clients who don't have one.

  9. ability to schedule a broadcast email

    We would like to set up some monthly or quarterly reminders, for specific clients, and it would be nice to set this up in a schedule to go out in advance since it is the same reminder

  10. Broadcast Email Templates: Picture

    It would be nice to be able to copy and past a picture from our desktop. Our pictures that we would like to be able to put into our emails are saved on our computers not online.

  11. Broadcast email - using "Enter" key in subject line causes email to send immediately.

    Please provide a fix for this issue! If a user pushes the "Enter" instead of the "Tab" key after entering a subject in a broadcast email, the email will immediately send to all chosen contacts, whether there is text in the body of the email or not. I've spoken to a RT rep, who checked with the developers. The developers say this is the intended behavior. This causes an incomplete email to be sent to all contacts chosen, which causes much confusion and extra work. Please add some type of fail-safe, with an extra step that asks "Are you sure…

  12. Multiple Email File Attachments Fix Needed

    It needs to be A LOT easier to attach multiple attachments into an email within the contact card. I should be able to click any files on my computer at will without having to have all of them within one specific folder created JUST for this one time email. It is an absolute waste of time and makes me not want to use Redtail client email within the record. It should be seamless and easy guys!!

  13. Warning when sending attachment

    Redtail does not prompt you with a warning when an attachment is to large for an email. Instead it sends out the email without the attachment, and no notification.

  14. Calendar and Broadcast Emails

    There should be a way to implement a mail merge field for date and times when sending a broadcast email. For example: Sending a bulk email to clients to remind them of their appointments next week. The email template will have the merge field automate date and time.

  15. Ability to send broadcast email to both spouse in one email

    Hi, we always send emails to both spouses when communicating with clients. We believe that you must include both spouses when it comes to finances. It would be great to be able to send our "schedule your next review" email through the broadcast system but have it sent to the spouses in one email instead of a separate email.

  16. Broadcast Email Template Table Feature

    Please improve the TABLE feature on Email Template. I spent 30 minutes creating a table and needed to get your assistance because the table size and format options are so limited. There is now way to adjust column or row size. And can not cut and paste a table from a word document.

  17. Save an Email Template directly from Broadcast Email drafting window

    If you create a Broadcast Email without first going through Email Templates, you have to re-create all of your work if you accidentally click away from the drafting window or need to change the recipients. Since there is no "Save Draft" option in Broadcast Emails, please allow users to at least save their work from the drafting window as a template for later editing and re-use.

  18. Giving Broadcast Email Within CRM More Functionality

    I would like to be able to change fonts, use special characters or just post a picture so the broadcast email in the CRM mirrors what the client will see.

  20. Email Template - Image with hyperlink.

    I created our Christmas Invite as a PDF image that has a "click here to RSVP" section. I wanted to blast the invite via RedTail, but I am not able to embed the PDF with the hyperlink into the email templates. This would be a great feature to add to RedTail Email Templates. Thanks!
