How can we improve Redtail Technology's CRM?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  2. add client review reminder to the mobile ap

    It would be nice to the reminders for client reviews - the same way that birthday reminders - show on the mobile app.

  3. Allow Switch-In Users in the Mobile App

    Please allow us to be able to switch to another database within the mobile app. As a switch-in user, I would like to be able to access my other databases in the mobile app.

  5. View full contact name in mobile app

    I would like to be able to view the entire contact record when using the mobile app. Many of our contacts go by their middle name or a nickname and we need to be able to see all the information in the app, not just first and last name.

    We need the ability to see, edit and initiate workflows within the Mobile App. Workflows are a major part of how we use Redtail.

  7. Add ability to select an activity template when creating a new activity in the app

    We rely heavily on the activity templates we have created to assign tasks. It would be a huge improvement if we could select from the templates when creating an activity in the app.

  8. Add documents to a contact record from the mobile app

    It would be helpful to be able to add a document to a contact from the mobile app. when my office meets with clients outside the office we like to take photos with our phones of our handwritten notes that we give to the clients that way we can keep track and answer any questions. Ideally we would like to be able to upload that photo directly from our phones camera-roll directly to a clients notes or document section. Just like uploading a document in the desktop version.

  9. App notes

    App > Recent Notes.
    My team reviews all items every day. The web based version is great for this. But the mobile app doesn’t have a “Recent Notes” tab! Please fix!

    This suggestion may be planned, but there is no timeline on this feature being added. This suggestion is remaining open and can continue to gather votes and comments!

  10. there is not an option to add an Employer for a new contact via the mobile app.

    I enjoy RedTail, but would love to have more options via IPad so i can work confidently anywhere. Currently there is not an option to add an Employer for a contact via the mobile app when you are adding someone new. Often you meet someone in the field and you have an ipad with you. Can we consider this?

  11. Mobile app - ability to use "Today" tab feature but filter for past due or upcoming items

    Would be great to have the ability to use the "Today" tab but have a filter option to look at past due / upcoming activities too. On the web version there's a hyperlink that takes you to "Open Activities - Past Due" or "Upcoming items". That view helps me visually plan with a to-do like feature that I miss out on in the app. The calendar shows past due but it's not on one running list as it does on the website. It's a delayed per day view on calendar.. Would love a listed out version as it does on…

  14. mobile app MFA

    We just set up MFA on the web application but then when signing on to the mobile (iPhone) app we were not prompted for MFA.. this should be implemented.

  15. biometrics

    Is there a reason biometrics was removed as a login preference on the mobile app? Please stop making the app harder to use instead of easier and less secure instead of more secure.

  16. Count of Activities on Mobile App

    I suggest that you display the number for the total tasks on the top of the screen when we are in the activities view on a particular day. This is very helpful for us to know if have too many tasks for that day. Thanks.

  17. Please add the SUFFIX field to the contact search results view.

    We have many "Jr., III", etc., & you can't tell which one is which in the App!
