zapier
I need Redtail to share with zapier the following fields: mobile phone, home phone, email address, home address, city, state, zip code. The zap I am creating takes a parsed email with new lead data and adds it to redtail as a new contact. Right now the only fields Redtail allow to be added are: First Name, Last name, Contact Status, Contacts Source, Contact Category.

SHOW BENEFICIARY INFO IN CUSTOM REPORTS
YOU'D THINK YOU'D BE ABLE TO RUN A CUSTOM REPORT WITH BENE'S LISTED FOR LIFE, IRA POLICIES. The fact that you don't have this option amazes me

"Client Events"
Each year our firm holds special client events (2-3 annually) that definitely do not fall under the "seminars" category. These are social events we offer our RIA clients & we would love to have all the features that your "seminars" has for attendees tracking, etc. Maybe change "Seminars" to a more broad field, but then have different options to choose from under that (broad) starter tab, such as "Seminar", "Class", "Client Event", "Marketing Event", etc.

Add scheduled send out for broadcast email
It would be good if we could scheduled a specific date and time for a broadcast email to go out from redtail.

Calendar Blocking
When you go on a conference or vacation. Your event last longer than one day. It would be nice to have a feature when you select all day, to have an end day. It would be the same day's date if it was just for that day, but if you were going to be at this event for a whole week it could block those days off your calendar for you.

Workflow - Linked Accounts
Workflows - subject details to include account numbers:
We are setting up workflows to trigger based off of account numbers and account types. Workflows on contact level or when you run the workflow report currently do not show the account number. This is an issue if there are more than one workflows triggered at once. Yyou would then have to click into the workflow to see notes or details or rely to where you are within the workflow which is not great. adding multiple contacts to an activity
This is a duplicate of other requests but until you decide to pool similar requests......
When creating a new activity can we please have the ability to add multiple contacts without having to save the activity and then edit it to add the additional names? It's a waste of effort!

Annual Review COMPLETED Section on Main Client Contact Page
Please add a box that can be checked off or written in free form to detail when the annual review is completed.
I know the "Know your client" section has a "Client Review" feature, but that just alerts me for the next review.
It would be super beneficial to have a place on the main contact screen for a particular client that shows if we have completed the annual review or not. This will allow us to quickly glance and see during our other conversations if we have completed this documented annual review.

Workflow generated with each instance of recurring activity
Having the ability to have a recurring activity trigger an automation that generates a workflow would be helpful. Right now the automation only starts a workflow when you create the activity. when the activity recurs the automation ignores it. This would help with our billing & review process.

**Please don't classify activities as past due until after the end date**
If I create an activity that needs to be finished by the end of the month, it shows up as past due every day and I have to manually roll it over each day.
Use the end date entered when creating the activity to determine when an activity is "past due"
Or add the ability to set things up this way when creating an activity.

Contacts > Notes > Comments Notification
Comments on a Note currently do not prompt RedTail to send an Email Notification to the Note Owner. As a result, we just realized that we had been commenting on notes... but the note owners didn't know! Please add a function so that Comments on Notes prompt an Email Notification to whomever created or commented on the note.

Add ability to search email *content,* not just subject lines
Redtail archives all of our firm's email communications with clients, but it does not make that information searchable (beyond the Subject line, which is not very useful). While I can search my own emails within my email client, I cannot effectively search for other users' communications.
EXAMPLE: If I need to know if Client A was sent document Z by anyone in our firm, I'd have to ask each user to search their own email client and/or manually review every single email archived in Redtail.
Redtail should also make the message content (including attachments... or at least attachment file names)…

Form CRS Delivery Documentation
Please rename the BICE field under accounts to "Form CRS" so we can document Form CRS delivery under the new Regulation Best Interest (Reg BI) requirements.

Activity Privacy Options- change default from Everyone or allow users to change default
The new Activity Privacy Option defaults to Everyone. Few if any databases are going to want Everyone to see activities or to see colored blocks on their calendar marked Private. That means thousands and thousands of changes to activity privacy display. INSTEAD, change the default to Only Attendees, OR, allow users to change their default.
