  2. Activity Creator should get notification of task completed

    Currently, when I create a task for an employee, I have to list myself as well in order to be notified by email when they complete the task. I would prefer to not list myself because the overview page lists "2 users" in the assigned to box and I cannot easily tell who the task is for (me or my employee). I would rather that you create a preference option that allows whoever assigned the tax to be automatically emailed when the task is completed.   3. Broadcast Email Logistics

    Our office would like the ability to analyze broadcast email data. IE. Who is opening our emails? How many emails are opened?

  4. Automatically update Marital Status to Married if attached as a spouse

    When you create a new client and list their spouse's name which also creates a client record, it would be great if we didn't also have to list under the contact details that they're married. It should be automated since we listed a spouse for them.

  5. Using Nicknames to Search for Contacts when Linking to Notes and Activities

    When adding a note and wanting to copy to another contact, "copy to another contact" field will not pull clients by nickname,only last name or formal name However in the contact search field, one can search by formal name, nickname, partial name. Very inconsistent!

  6. Allow the option for automations to trigger on the scheduled date of activities rather than on the date of their creation

    Currently if you want to set up an automation that triggers by an added activity the only option is to have the automation complete when the activity is initially created. With this system it is impossible to set an automation up for a future date.

    I suggest that an option is made for automations to be triggered on the scheduled date of an activity as opposed to only allowing the automation to occur when the activity is initially created.

  7. Client Review Report

    A report including the following information, which is critical for a client review would be GREAT!! A custom export doesn't work for this type of information. Thanks!

    -Name, phone, email address, DOB, category (select/elite, etc)
    -Accounts & Balances
    -Opportunities
    -Client Review items (1st review, Review, Next Review Date)
    -Written agreements review
    -Strategic Allocation Model ( Objective, time horizon, risk tolerance)
    -Estimated Tax Info(AGI, estimated taxes, tax year, estimated tax bracket)
    -Estimated Net Worth (total Assets, Total liabilities)

    Important Info:
    -Personal Interests
    -Employments (Occupation, gross annual income, retire date)
    -Professional Contacts (CPA, attorney, etc.)

  8. Contact information for spouse - Would like button to automatically update/add contact information to spouse or other contact in a household

    Would like button to automatically update/add contact information to spouse or other contact in a household. Currently I have to copy and past from one record to another each contact item at a time: phone number, street address, city, state zip. Issue exists when adding new contacts or updating address/phone for existing contact.Have to update both contact records manually.

  9. Notify User in Note

    Please make it to where we can check status of who was notified during a note creation. Many times we have advisors put notes and cannot remember if they notified admin to complete. It would be very helpful to have a record of who was notified and when.

  10. Create a wedding anniversary report - similar to the Birthday Report except for Wedding anniversary

    I want to start sending nnivesary cards. A report like birthday report that shows anniversary date instead of birthday would be helpful. Make a quick list of all people with anniversairy in month of May, June, etc., and click anniversary report instead of having to create a custom report.

  12. workflow automation

    Automation options exist currently to start up a workflow upon certain triggers (ie. a certain status created/updated). It would be nice if the criteria could identify more complex (if/then) updates to narrow down specific changes to trigger additional workflows (ie. status update from "comprehensive client" to "tax client" triggers a particular workflow vs any contact status update to "inactive" triggers another workflow).

  13. Automation that would Trigger Roles being Populated upon Adding Servicing Advisor

    Upon entering a Servicing Advisor/Writing Advisor in contact record, RT would automatically populate the Roles field (of the 3 individuals for that Servicing/Writing Advisor's team). It is double work now to enter Servicing Advisor/Writing Advisor, then go in and manually complete the Roles fields for every new client record entered.

  14. Can you link a contact's work address with that of their employer?

  15. Delete an Email in Email history

    Clients and advisors are in non-business related programs that information is emailed back and forth. Would like the capablility to somehome delete non-business related emails that go into the client folder.

  16. Keep enhancing the Zapier integration

    Please add triggers like changes to a contact record and actions such as Create a Note. More fields need to pass through, like head of household. This integration could solve so many issues if it was expanded properly. Please keep at it!

  17. Add more Automation Triggers

    It would be nice to have the following workflow triggering event.
    1. Account Status Change - If an account is marked closed it would be great to trigger a workflow.
    2. Marital Status change - This would be nice to trigger a workflow any time a client gets married, gets divorced, etc.

  19. Automation within a workflow based on outcome

    It would be helpful to setup automations based on a separate workflow outcome. For instance, we have an automation setup that starts our new client workflow whenever the contact is changed from prospect to client. Within that new client workflow, there is a step asking if the client signed up for full financial planning. If yes, there should be a way to automatically trigger our financial planning workflow.

  20. @mention for Note User Notification in Alerts Bell

    While notes do allow for email notifications to users, a CRM notification that would appear at the top of the bag by the bell would be much more useful. This would reduce steps (opening email, clicking on a link that requires an additional login), and would work better with integrations.

    We currently use the jive integration to log client calls, but there is no way to link a user from there.

    It sounds childish to request, but something along the lines of an "@" feature would be perfect.
