  2. recurring activity

    Recurring Activities - when you add a linked note and save for "occurrence" it should only link to that occurrence. not future occurrences as well. (unless you choose future occurrences)

  3. Add Free Text Field to Know Your Client - Professional Contacts

    In 'Know Your Client' - 'Professional Contacts', an additional free text field would be extremely helpful. When a client is working with a law or CPA firm, we'd like to be able to add the name of their attorney or CPA without adding each individual as a Redtail contact.

  4. Add a Count of Open Opportunities to the Contact Overview Stats Bar

    it would be great if we could see on the contact front page how many open opportunities there were, similar to how the workflow, activities, etc statistics are displayed at the top of the overview page.

  5. activity disposition (action)

    I color code my activities, using green for activities that have yet to be completed, white for activities that have been marked completed. Some activities have not been completed, and will not be completed. I do not want to delete them because I want to see them on my calendar when I review my calendar activities, but I do not want them to be marked completed, nor do I want them to remain green.I look back to prior days on my calendar to quickly and easily see activities that I still need to complete.   6. provide ability to toggle importance and priority settings on the task screen

    I find it very helpful to be able to sort on importance and priority on the list of tasks screen using one click. This really helps me prioritizing my tasks. However, to change the importance and priority for each task, right now, we have to do into each task detail to do this. I suggest that you add the ability to do this from the list of tasks screen to allow us to change the setting for these either on one task or on multiple tasks.

  7. Client Detail Section: need "Add'l Info"" line to list client meeting preferences as multiple office staff schedule but not aware of prefs

    Several people in our office schedule meetings when a client calls, but not all of us are aware of the client preferences. So sometimes a meeting will get scheduled for the office when the client is an in home meeting. Or times of the day: specific clients need either afternoon or morning or Friday etc etc appointments. Or a group of clients live 2 hours away and need to be scheduled for the same day to decrease the driving time of the adviser going to them. If we had a place to add this info scheduling errors would minimize

  8. new ideas for Automation Tool

    Need to create an Added By condition in automation. I like the automation tool but I would like to create a rule where it allow any users that creates a new contact to automatically create a permission rule.

  10. Email Templates by Roles/Folders

    It would be nice to send email templates that are broken up into different folders ie., Sales Folder, Customer Service Folder, Operations Folder.

    This way each role could find their email templates much easier rather than having to view every single email template in the system.

  11. Scheduling

    When scheduling an appointment in the Redtail calendar, in the Create Activity box, please add a reminder option (advance notice option) and a 'no' attendee option and ample notes section so that scheduling is more functional like the Outlook calendar.

  12. Add riskalyze to main contact record

    I was wandering if you could add the riskalyze score on the main page of a contact record? There seems to be plenty of empty space next to the clients nae that a small version of the Risalyze speed limit sign could go in.

  13. Move the "Notes" link from the Bulk Actions list up a level so that it appears when you click on "Contact Options"

    Move the "Notes" link from the Bulk Actions list up a level so that it appears when you click on "Contact Options" - otherwise you have to click on Bulk Actions then search for Notes. Since we always are writing notes to client contact records, this function should be easier whether it is for just one client record or a "tagged" group of them.

  16. Report of clients on a given step in a workflow, then mail merge from report

    I would like to be able to see all the clients on a given step in my workflow process. Then to be able to mail merge and send those clients a letter would be very helpful.

  17. Default view option on Workflow screen

    When I visit the workflow section it would be nice the default to our Team or User as the view, and then I can make adjustments as needed. Thanks

  19. Adding new client - Phone

    When adding a new client, the phone section does not allow for the "custom title" to be put in. You have to create the client, then go back in and add the custom titles - extra steps. Please add the "custom title" field to the "new client" add. Thanks.

  20. bulk client type change

    would be incredibly helpful to have an option to bulk change client type(go from association or business to individual) as when our files were imported a TON of individual clients were input as business or association. it will take a long time to correct individually.
