ABILITY TO INCLUDE INSURANCE POLICIES ON CRM
On the left hand side include a place where we can enter insurance policies (life, LTC, DI, etc) and annuities held. This would show a more complete financial view of client/household. I am happy to submit a template for information.

Redtail’s Product Owner has read the suggestion and there is some internal discussion needed in order to determine next steps.

There used to be sections under the Accounts tab that you could add that information, it is all gone now. I have insurance clients that we added "accounts" for their medical, dental, life insurance policies and all the insurance related information is gone now. Put it back!

Reports should also be able to be run for life insurance policies.
