Broadcast Email Logistics
Our office would like the ability to analyze broadcast email data. IE. Who is opening our emails? How many emails are opened?

A different CRM logs each email sent, but also embeds a pixel in each email that allows for notification anytime it's opened in real time. Those are also logged to the CRM. It's perfect for being able to reach out to a client the moment they're reading an email from you.

I think this is very important to have the capability to have the read request feature for emails that we send out

tracking when customers click on a link in an email or open an attachment. Create a report who opens a link or attachment on a group mail. See in a client record if they opened a link or attachment on a specific email.

Would be very helpful in allowing offices to quickly know if clients have received/read the email notifications sent out when an activity such as a meeting is scheduled for them.
