Permissions (contact, activity, notes, etc) need to be added to mobile app
We have multiple advisors and employees with specific permissions for viewing particular contacts, notes, activities etc. By not having the ability to add permissions in the mobile app, I am unable to add any new activities, contacts etc with the proper permissions.
Activity privacy options can be added from the mobile app when adding activities. We recommend using automations for permissions wherever possible with contact creation.

I’ve been waiting for the ability to create a private activity using the mobile app. It’s great that the new update allows that. Can you add the ability to set a default privacy setting in the app as well? All my activities and notes are for my team only and not having to change the privacy and then the team manually on each event would be great.

When entering a note on the mobile app, it would be helpful to be able to add permissions to the note.

When I try to set an activity or add a note in the phone app (iOS), it does not allow me to set permissions. If the notes or activity automatically fell into the permissions set for the contact, that would be fine, but it doesn't, so it's then viewable to everyone until you reach a computer. This then has the result of making one hesitant to use the app to it's full ability.

On the Redtail App, when adding an activity/calendar appointment, you cannot add “privacy options” as you can do when logged into the program.
