Save 'Common Filters' on Activity Reports
currently, you can run activity reports by activity, user, etc. This is very helpful, but takes a lot of clicks. Give users the ability to "save" their commonly run activity reports.

The suggestion may be planned, but there is no timeline on this feature being added. This suggestion is remaining open and can continue to gather votes and comments!

This suggested improvement would fix several other suggested improvements. Its a waste of time for me to have to click through 4-5 clicks every time i view workflows or activities to see my default which is probably 95% of the time the user wanting to see "their" tasks/workflows/activities.

This would be very helpful for my team. We run reports live during meetings and it is inefficient to set the filters from scratch each time. A variation on QuickLists would be ideal.

This is so unfortunate that I was reading through the comments section of this post and I saw that I suggested this in 2016. Here we are in 2021 and there has been no work done on this.

Seriously, this can't be that hard of a feature to add. I run many of the same reports on a daily and weekly basis, and it would be an amazing time-saver to just be able to click on the memorized report filter template.

Would like the ability to save filter settings in reports.

Can you please add a way to save filter options in reports. That way you run your customized reports easily especially for ones that you run all of the time.

I'll add my votes. Every day I have to create the exact same filter for a specific report. It would be nice to have a "quicklist" feature for reports. Thanks.

Would like the ability to save Reporting filter options like how you can save quicklist.

I concur. I would also like the PDF to be delivered to my email inbox automatically at a scheduled time of the day (that I pick).

I agree! It makes for more unnecessary clicks.

Create a Report "Quicklist" to enable users to save report parameters much like the Quicklist option through Contacts reports.

Why is this STILL under review? This should be implemented. Seems like it should have already been part of the reports feature.

I am in charge of training and maintaining our Redtail CRM System for the company that I work for. The employees that use the system range from fresh out of college to a few years from retirement. There is a constant struggle to help them remember how pull an Activity Report for their monthly calls. I wish Redtail would create a Report Quicklist that they could save the Activity Report they are trying to run each month. It would save user time in finding the report and myself a lot of time explaining it to multiple people each time the report needs run. Please take this into consideration.

When I go to filter my Activity by Contact report, the default starting date is a week old. This should at least reflect the date I'm running the report, not something a week back.

I would love to be able to run reports and save them as a "widget" on my today page. For example, I would like to run a report of the workflow tasks for an advisor I manage to my homepage which dynamically updates. When I look on my Today page, I can see what workflow tasks they have due, for example.

It would be great if there was a way to set the default view when looking at the Activities by Contact report. We look at this weekly and each time have to go in and uncheck the various boxes that we don’t need to see (ex. IMP, PRI, etc.)

I was just about to make the same suggestion.
