Have a way to sync Redtail calendar between databases for switch in users. Instead of having to manually put events in both databases, it would be nice to have events entered into one calendar show up on the other. As part of this, Retriever for outlook only syncs with the database that I am in and not the switch in user database. I work with two advisors who have redtail, and I know many people who do, so it would help quite a bit to have this capability.
Redtail’s Product Owner has read the suggestion and there is some internal discussion needed in order to determine next steps.

You should allow a single individual's calendar that's a part of one office/account to be accessible to users from a different office/account, without having to make the entire office/account accessible.
Or you should figure out a way to do a 3-way sync via Outlook, so that a user can sync one calendar to Outlook then sync that data from Outlook to a separate calendar, so that a person can have two calendars in two separate offices and have them both be up-to-date and the info accessible to everybody who needs to access it.

I am currently a listed user for 1 database and also have my own CRM. When I am added as an attendee for an activity I get a notification email. It would be nice if this email was gave the option to add to an outlook calendar or would port over to my CRM database calendar. Currently it shows on the calendar for the crm I am a user but want it to show on my master CRM calendar
