Automations- Add if Primary or Preferred Condition
Please add the condition "If Primary" and "if Preferred" under the conditions options in automations. No reason why it should only be type.. many things need to happen if a clients changes their primary mailing address or home address or preferred email address. Not all clients have the same type of mailing or email adddress and we don't seem to have the option to specify and/or scenario. Example: If an active client changes their email address- we need an automation to link a workflow to alert the team to change their various systems ONLY if it was their primary email address. Some primary email addresses can be work or home... SO how are we supposed to accomplish this?
