Calendar reminder function
Calendar entries should have an option to alert multiple ways the user. For instance, a 15-minute alert before a phone call or other task. Important here is there needs to be MULTIPLE ways to alert. The alarm bell in the browser is woefully inadequate. An email reminder would be great, as email notifications get more attention by default. Or some other kind of prominent alarm (that must be dismissed, so harder to miss).
Another example is a infrequent, recurring event, that might be missed on the calendar if traveling. Again, an email reminder of the recurring task would be a great way to see the task and remember to do it.
