Duplicate email in Email History
Would be helpful if an email coming is sent to multiple users within our team could be consolidated so that the same emails does not duplicate in email history.

Redtail’s Product Owner has read the suggestion and there is some internal discussion needed in order to determine next steps. This suggestion is remaining open and can continue to gather votes and comments!

It's been almost 4 years now. This seriously clogs up a client's email history and makes Redtail harder to use.

Second this suggestion, we often copy team members on client emails and end up with 3-6 copies of each email showing up in the Email History section. A filter to show only the copy that went to the selected contact by default would be very helpful.

User scenario:
We desire to send a Broadcast Email to our list of current clients, many of which are husband/wife who share the same email address and each of their individual contact records reflect this. In the current state, we understand from talking with Redtail CRM support team that Redtail sends a duplicate email to that email address. Desired future state is that while both clients are selected for client communications, Redtail eliminates duplicate emailing, only sending one copy of the email to that husband/wife team. -

Email's cc'd to others in the office are all included in email history. There is no need for several of the same emails.

Agreed - currently we are having duplicate emails attached to contact records when being sent to two Redtail users.
