Account Renewal Reminder Date - Auto Renew Feature
The reminder date should have the option to auto renew until a particular date in the future to minimize the time to MANUALLY update this field.
Redtail’s Product Owner has read the suggestion and there is some internal discussion needed in order to determine next steps.

If the renewal date worked like the Know Your Client - Client Review section that would be great. Sometimes individual accounts renew outside the "annual review" appointment and are often missed.

Yes! This feature will assist us with the important annual reviews that we perform for our client's policies.

Yes! This feature is extremely important for annual reviews for client's policies. The date should automatically appear in the REMINDER tab as an ACCOUNT RENEWAL REMINDER. It would also make sense for the date to appear on the calendar as a RENEWAL for the appropriate policy. Manually updating the renewal date through the Account tab>Account Dates>Renewal Date at each policy anniversary gives an opportunity for error that an automated feature would eliminate. Please consider this enhancement! Thank you!

If I put in the next anniversary date of a life insurance policy, annuity, etc. as the renewal date, then I can run reminder reports so that we can let the client know their premium is coming due this month, for example. However, once the renewal date passes, it does not automatically update to the same day for the next year. It would be very helpful if once the renewal date passes, then the field automatically changed to the same date of the following year.
