Note & Information Box Formatting & Coding
I love the formatting options under Notes and Important Information. I love keeping things organized and clean. However, doing it with the buttoned options can be tedious and often doesn't yield the result I would like, so I often defer to 'source' (as I have knowledge of HTML & CSS) to make it easier on myself. Would there be a way to get the source code to line up and stay on separate lines such as (for example) text here [NEXT LINE] text here? Right now I can code individual things on individual lines but when I save and come back in it's just all smooshed back together which is not ideal when trying to edit the code. Really is there any way to make the source part more coder friendly (such as ' not turning into ' in the source code)? I know coders are more than likely the minority when it comes to those of us in the financial industry formatting our notes and information boxes... but It would honestly be lovely to code the formatting in a way that is neat and organized. Having a bit more freedom in the code we can use would be nice too, and not having our code getting semi-recoded would be cool (such as turning into ). I know this is probably an odd request but I figured I'd give it a shot. :) Thank you!
More information is needed internally before a decision can be made. Nothing is needed from Redtail clients at this time.

We should have the ability to format our database content in a way that keeps us organized and efficient without having to mess with coding. So many developer limitations/oversights really do cause the Redtail developers more work in the end.
