the ability to manually link emails to unrelated records in archive email history in database.
save an email to a clients contacts that the clients email is not part of. basically if a client is not in the email correspondence at all can we save the that set of emails to the clients contact record. no email headers match up with contact records based on a matching email address.
Redtail’s Product Owner has read the suggestion and there is some internal discussion needed in order to determine next steps. This suggestion is remaining open and can continue to gather votes and comments!

Yes! we have emails from vendors that have to do with a client's account or issue.We have to still copy that email into the client's notes. I wish there was an option like in notes to "copy to contact" and have that email show up in the client's notes or email history as well.
