Add Future activities or To Do List for next client meeting that isn't tied to a date.
I'd like to list things to be done for a client the next time we see them that isn't necessarily tied to a date. I'm constantly bumping dates for activities for clients who don't respond. It would be nice to just have a list we can look at quickly without sorting through Activities or Notes.

I was going to suggest the general idea of "activities without a date." If you are familiar with Getting Things Done (the productivity system), activity "lists" are a big thing. For clients, an "agenda" of things do to "when I see them" would be huge- I definintely don't want them tied to a date, if I don't know when I'm seeing them.
And then there are "issues" or "someday maybe" items that we want to do for the firm... we definitely want to remember them, but we definitely DONT know when we want to do them, and we certainly don't want to be prompted by them on a random tuesday.
I think you just need a checkbox that mutes the date, and then we can always sort for "activities without a date." If we can sort those by client, that's all you need to get an agenda for a client meeting. And if we can sort them by category, that's all we need for an issues list for a particular part of our firm.
Right now, I jsut keep an excel list for the issues for the firm, and for the clients we keep it in the "important information" section, but neither one is ideal.
