Client since mail merge field for Business Anniversary Cards
We send clients a business "Anniversary Card" each year during the month they hired us. The mail merge says:
We wanted to acknowledge Sept 2005 as the month you became our client. Please know we are honored you've put your trust in us the last 14 years and we look forward to many more years working for you.
Can we get a mail merge field for the number of years from the "Client Since" field? It appears the program is already calculating the number, we just need it to be available in a mail merge.
This would also be a great "best practice" you could promote to all your users. Maybe even a tutorial example on how to set it up using the mail merge feature. Another reason to use Redtail rather than a competitor's CRM.
