have the ability to create custom banners for contacts
For example: have a banner that indicates a contact is a top client; but we admins could freely create whatever banners they wish to use for their practice.

As a team where we have mulitple advisors assisting clients, it would be great to have a banner for a client who lives out of state and only 1 advisor is licensed to assist them.

This is a great idea - would be great for separated clients, vulnerable clients -- as a way to alert rest of firm.
