New alert feature for when a workflow step has moved to you - so in the right hand corner of the home page it will have a notification pop up so that you know a new task has been moved to you. Otherwise people forget to click there.

These workflows will create massive value for us (we would never stop using Redtail) but at the moment they're only 50% as useful as they could be, since we don't know when something is on the step that is assigned to us.
For example, right now on my dashboard in my account, in the upper right corner it shows 6 active workflows, yet not a single one actually has anything for me to do. All 6 workflows are currently at one or 2 steps prior to the step that is actually assigned to me. So the ball is not in my court and I won't know when it will be in my court unless I continuously check all 6 workflows through the day every day. This defeats the purpose of having the workflow (for us), since we created it to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
At the moment we find ourselves ignoring the workflows altogether because it's time consuming to keep checking.
