Hold Time
Rather than waiting on hold for however many minutes before a tech support associate comes online (today 12 minutes) have your system allow the caller to leave a call back number that will be answered in the same order it was received without having to remain on hold.
Just a thought.

Please revisit this. The hold times have just gotten worse and worse since COVID-19. Every time I wait at least 30 minutes - sometimes over an hour. Not helpful if you have to run to a meeting

Currently on hold now (15 minutes in.) Yesterday was 30+ minutes on hold and last week 45 minutes on hold. Not including the time resolving the problem just the unpleasant (in my opinion) background music while on hold. Please resolve soon! I've also voted for chat as a solution.. most of the issues I have could easily be resolved with a chat with a person... you could think a technology company would have some additional technology. Just my thought.
