I would love to have an audible notification when I am assigned an activity. If I am working at my desk, but not in email or Redtail, I would like to have an immediate way of knowing when I have been assigned an activity. An audible dingle of some sort would be most helpful. Thank you!

    And we should have the option to choose whether we want notifications:
    --via email
    --via Notifications (the bell at the top of the Redtail screen)
    --both
    --none

    Currently, I think we only have the option to have email notifications or none. If we're not in email, or don't want our email inbox swamped with Redtail notifications, then we are not notified at all.

    Anyone know why the Notifications feature (which seems to be designed for Notifications, thus the name), doesn't actually allow this?
