FIX the "Custom" recurrence option in Client Review Reminder section
With the May 2020 update, the recurrence options in Client Review Reminder REMOVED the options that were always in this area- that is the ability to select by day and month- anywhere in a year- yet leaving the "first review date" intact in the past. I see why the new options were added (to mirror recurrence options in a task) but Client Review reminders are very different. Much more fluid and they appear on the calendar based on the day and month chosen (or rechosen over time). Please update the "CUSTOM" choice in the dropdown list to look like the old way of setting up recurring. Don't replace perfectly good features with new enhancements that don't do the same things.

I agree with this very much. We don't always see our client's on a regular basis. Sometimes we may see someone twice a year, but not necessarily 6 months apart. So the new system won't allow us to just choose the months as we used to. With the COVID issue and not seeing client's for two months, we are needing to push them forward, but our secretary found she can't keep the same schedules as before. I would like to see the old options put back.

I completely agree with this! We actually use the "First Review Date" as the client's most recent review date. Because of this new update, the recurrence/frequency of a client's portfolio reviews is being changed without us even knowing. We want the recurrence to stay constant. For instance, if a client is set to meeting during Q1 and Q3, we have set their recurrence to be on the 1st Monday of every January and July. With the new options, there is no longer a way to do this.
