No contact report
No Contact Report - The report pulls from Activities. Can it be all inclusive to include workflows and E-mail history? There are plenty of e-mail touches that do not require an Activity to be created.

Absolutely agree that email should count as an activity for this report

Kelly is right, there are many times when an FA will have an entire discussion with a client via email that does not appear on the calendar since it doesn't generate any "activity" to be assigned; if the goal is to monitor whether a client has had a "touch" by the FA in a given period of time, then email should surely be recorded without having to create a note or activity by copying the email transcript into the client's contact record. If we're creating an audit trail with emails, then should there not be a way to include those as "contact" with a client? As the report is currently set up I have clients showing no contact in a year, when actually there has been a running conversation between FA and client. The extra step of going into each "no-contact" record to verity is very inefficient and time consuming. Thanks.
