NOTES SECTION - COLLAPSED VIEW !!!!!
PLEASE PLEASE, restore the previous view in NOTES section in order to see past notes/activities. We shouldn't have to click the 3 dots in order to see the notes, or at least give your users, also know as your customers, the ability to choose whether we want to see things one way or another. At this point, it is important enough for my business for us to start considering other CRM systems. Instead of making improvements, Redtails goes back in capabilities/functionality.

When notes or completed tasks are condensed, you cannot CNTL+F and find a word.
I also use copy and past a lot from previous notes so i dont re-invent the wheel, so it would be nice if we didnt have to click to open the view. -

I feel we are going to miss something important when we go back and read through the collapsed sentences in a hurry, but more importantly we have to click on something just to see what it says, this will slow us down
