A ticket response, by mail, needs to give detail on what the ticket was about.
It says "here is a reminder", but there is NO reminder. Some time I make several calls a day to redtail and it can be difficult to remember the details.

I have had to enter 10-12 tickets during a recent transition and tracking each ticket is becoming WILDLY confusing, in addition to the nonsensical duplication of emails( one to say we talked and another entirely separate one to detail the issue presented)!!!!!
You're making an already tense situation harder when trying to determine for an advisor where any of the resolutions stand.
