Suggestion for e-mail blast
Allow font to be formatted in colors. We were trying to make a point with our e-mail and were unable to do so because we cannot change the color of the font from black to any other color. Yes, I can bold, underline and italicize, but the the point was lost without the color.

Generally, the current ability to format a broadcast email is pretty poor. We use this feature to send updates to our ADV and privacy policy, and to send out notifications that clients' quarterly reports have been uploaded to their shared cloud vault. We also use it to invite clients to appreciation events. That way, the email is tracked for compliance.
We cant track emails when using a third-party vendor. Also, there are additional privacy concerns that need to be addressed for compliance when using MailChimp or some other vendor. This makes Redtail an appealing option.
Too bad that the emails are so ugly.
The email can easily look unprofessional because it is so difficult to format.
The ability to more easily add images, format text, and adjust spacing would be a welcome change.
