The support team should be able to forward a suggestion
I have the idea all mapped out in a word document with pictures. I can't sent it to you this way. So, I sent it to support. They said they can't send it one.
1) Support should be able to send on an idea. That's to compartmentalized if they have to take the time to respond to me to tell me they can't send it on.
2) I should be able to send an attachment to you
3) From a customer service point of view, it's pretty bad that support can't hit forward on an e-mail and get it to the suggestion team.
4) I found a similar suggestion, it had 6 votes, I tried to vote for it, it was closed,
