Voice activated note taking
Similar to Copytalk, have you considered adding a feature whereby the advisor or assistant could add notes to Redtail by simply dictating. I personally hate typing and it takes more time than simply dictating.

If you are using Windows, you can press the Windows button and the "H" key at the same time to open the dictation software that is embedded in Windows for this.

Consider adding the Voice in Voice Typing Chrome Extension to your browser. It will allow you to dictate notes quickly and accurately...for free!
