When I tried to send a broadcast e-mail to a group of clients, I used "Dear ##NicknameFirstname## and ##SpouseNicknameFirstname##," and the e-mail populated "Dear Bob and ," for clients without a spouse. It would be awesome if the program could recognize when there is no spouse and automatically add or remove the word "and."
