I used to work in another field with a different CRM. However, that CRM integrated with a company called Revenue Well. Revenue well was able to AUTOMATICALLY send email and text reminders for every appointment on the calendar and it also sent Birthday and anniversary cards with a Giph via email and text automatically on the date.
This way appointments were never missed and could be confirmed via text. Birthdays and anniversaries were never missed either so clients felt cared for. Most of all, this was automatic and did not take time from our staff members daily. Do you have any integrations that do this? How can we get this type of service on the platform?
