Can User Defined Fields Automatically Show Up On A New Contact Page

When we add a new contact to Redtail, is it possible to have our User Defined Fields automatically show up and be blank on the contact page? This way, I don't have to add every single user defined field separately (we have a lot of them) and can just edit the field with new information! This would be MUCH more efficient.

    Also it would make sense for only certain user defined fields (a "group" of them) to be associated with a contact. One "group" for prospects, another "group" for clients.
