ADD THE ABILITY TO CHANGE THE DATE AND TIME OF A NOTE.
FCC HAS A VERY SIMILAR CRM AS REDTAIL. ONE FEATURE THAT WAS USEFUL WAS THE ABILITY TO ADJUST THE TIME AND DATE OF A CONVERSATION. SO IF I HAPPEN TO BE OUT OF THE OFFICE BUT HAVE A CONVERSATION WITH A CLIENT ON FRIDAY AT 1PM, BUT CAN'T ADD THE NOTE TILL WEDNESDAY OF THE FOLLOWING WEEK, REDTAIL DATES THE NOTE AS OF WEDNESDAY, WHEREAS FCC'S CRM ALLOWED US TO ENTER THE CORRECT DATE AND TIME AS FRIDAY AT 1PM. FOR COMPLIANCE PURPOSES THERE COULD STILL BE A TIME STAMP FOR WHEN THE NOTE WAS ACTUALLY ENTERED. THANKS.
