Editing Documents withing the CRM
Our agent wants the capability of uploading a document, like an excel spreadsheet, to the CRM and be able to go back and edit/update information at any time, without having to download the document and re-upload when updated. Financial Inventory for example, during an annual meeting with a client, the agent can go in and update information if things have changed. We are trying to go paperless and this would be extremely beneficial.
