Speak Internal Messages Sync with CRM Notes
It would be nice to be able to have an internal conversation about a client on Redtail Speak and have it populate as a note on the Redtail CRM contact record. For example, if the Advisor wants to ask a staff member a question about why an action was taken, it'd be nice to have the whole back and forth between them in the contact record as note to reference later
