Greetings, we enjoy a feed into Redtail from our primary Custodian. However, while the custodian includes ZERO (-0-) balance accounts in the feed (we believe, because we get them in our internal copy) Redtail does not represent them. We feel this is critical to match new accounts to temporary ones we create with new clients, prior to funding and where we populate detailed info about those temporary accounts. Once an Account Number is then assigned on opening at the Custodian, we have to manually track, update and handle everything until its funded (maybe months depending upon the situation) and finally appears in Redtail to link/match.
