Preferred Call Time & Phone Number
If there was a small icon up near "Important Information" Red exclamation icon that was either a check or X based on information input on a client's preferred call time. When you hover over or click the icon, it could give you the next available preferred call time or the phone number the client provided for that time slot. When onboarding a client, we could ask for times they are usually available and times they know they are unreachable during the week. This could include different preferred phone numbers for different days and times throughout the week. This would greatly improve our ability to provide exceptional customer service and determine the best times to call clients with important questions and information.
